Adding Anaconda to PATH from ChromeOS

I was able to install crouton and Anaconda on my Chromebook. I realize that every time I want to run Ipython, I need to log into Linux using sudo enter-chroot and run ipython notebook --no-browser. I am wondering if there is any easy way I can run ipython without having to log into Linux?

I have tried adding Ipython to ChromeOS's PATH but cannot find /anaconda/bin. Indeed, I can only find ~/anaconda2/. It appears to me that /anaconda2/bin cannot be found from ChromeOS, but can only be found after logging into Linux. Is it the case?
