Is it possible to setup Unity multiplayer without spawning? I am modifying an existing experimental game using the networking API. There are scripts that run at startup that need a reference to the player and since the player doesn't spawn until they select from the NetworkHUD options the player isn't there yet. This causes a huge amount of problems. Also the play in scene is already being used as a public variable for lots of other scripts. Is it possible to have both player objects not spawn but be in scene the moment the game starts?
