Black screen after update to ubuntu 16.04

I cannot use screenshots, I am writing on another computer - my ubuntu system is BLACK screned.

Yesterday I made an update to the new Ubuntu and this morning, the screen was turned black .

I received the following error

E: Error: BrokenCount > Orun-parts: /etc/update-motd.d/90-updates-available exited with return code 255 on the command lines screen. I found a lot of informations on your website and tried ; update, upgrade, configure, with --fix-missing, with option-f .... something happens with some package in the www.ubuntu archives.

Now, after one hour trying to do that, the message after sudo dpkg --configure -a is stopped because more errors

After sudo apt-get install -f, I receive a very long message (I will try to write here (it is mixed french))

Err:1 http://ch.archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu xenial/main amd64 signon-ui-x11 amd64 0.17+16.04.20151125-Oubuntu1 Ne parvient pas à résoudre "ch.archive.ubuntu.com"

It proposes to try with apt-get update (I did) or try --fix-missing (I did)

So i have no result - Do you have an idea ???
