Busy Box error on Dual Boot Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu 14.04

Recently I had installed Ubuntu 14.04 along with Windows 8.1 and it has been running fine for the past 3 months and I have been using Ubuntu since then. Lately, it has been throwing Busy Box error and Ubuntu doesn't boot up (this has been on and off thing).

Today, it has been stuck in Busy Box and I have no idea how to get out of it and fix it. I am still able to use Windows and everything is working fine.

I have gone through few similar questions which require a Live CD to access the terminal. This, for some reason, isn't allowing me to load it and hence cannot try those fixes. (Therefore, this isn't a duplicate.)

I would love to share logs if I would know how to save them. I don't want to lose the data I have in Ubuntu partition but if there is any way I can save that through Windows, I won't mind doing a fresh install. Please help.
