Combine seperate R, G & B images into the correctly coloured image?

The game in question is Toy Story 2 from 2003 I'm not too sure about how it's rendered. Other than I believe the game converts .raw files to .bmp

Combine seperate R, G & B images into the correctly coloured image?

As you can see from the above images, all three use different colours. They were extracted from the source textures of a game, to what I assume is 3 seperate RGB images.

Is there a possible way to combine the images to create a 'correct' image, where the colours are what they should be?

For example, the tiles are supposed to look like this: Combine seperate R, G & B images into the correctly coloured image?

And the stars on all of the images are supposed to look exactly like they do in the bottom of image 3. I have Photoshop, but I'm not sure how I would merge these seperate images correctly.
