DB Configuration Advice

I need an advice circa databases' utilization.

Which is the best configuration and why:

1) MySQL + CouchDB + ElasticSearch for CouchDB and MySQL indexing; 2) MySQL + Cloudant (previously ES + CouchDB); 3) Cloudant only.

MySQL --> users' informations and credentials

CouchDB --> documents storage

Alternatives are appreciated.
