Debian gnome doesn't boot [on hold]

I have installed Debian testing on my msi x99s plus motherboard with gnome desktop. Installation process is fine. When i boot the distro the boot text is

/dev/sda5: clean, 152145/1831424 files, 1205155/7323904 blocks [ 7.639545] EDAC sbridge: EC is disabled. Aborting [ 7.639608] EDAC sbridge: Couldn't find mci handler [ 8.659427] nouveau 000:06:00.0: firmware: failed to load nvidia/gm204/gr/sw_nonctx.bin (-2) [ 8.659506] nouveau 000:06:00.0: gr ctor failed, -2

and the screen blinks on and off for 20 seconds until I am just stuck with this boot message. Video card is nvidia gtx 970.

Do anyone know what I can do?
