Grub rescue after deleting CentOS from Windows 10

I'm getting this message when booting,

Error: no such partition Entering rescue mode Grub rescue>

As I don't have bootable pen drive or CD, solutions to boot from recovery or usb is not an option. can anybody tell me how to fix this error?

If your laptop has UEFI support, just boot up your laptop with a live-USB of any linux distro and remove any folder/file under EFI/Microsoft/ on your boot partition.
