Help: Boots to emergency mode

After doing an do-release-upgrade, my ubuntu server keeps booting to emergency mode. I can log in with root password and start some services manually (for example I can SSH in if I remove /var/run/nologin), but I cannot figure out how to get it to boot properly.

I have attached my error log: http://pastebin.com/s7FLDrkU

Thanks!
