How do I install Windows 7 after doing rm / -fr --no-preserve-root?

I wanted to reinstall Windows 7 and remove Ubuntu from my systm, so I executed this command:

rm / -fr --no-preserve-root

The command execution completed successfully and everything has been removed. I have no other operating system on that computer and when I start it the following appears:

error: file not found grub rescue>

I have a bootable Windows 7 USB and upon restarting it does not go to the installation. I have tried F2 and F11/F12, nothing works

Other things I have tried include:

grub rescue> ls (hd0)(hd0,msdos5)(hd0,msdos1) grub rescue> ls (hd0,msdos5)/ error: unknown filesystem grub rescue> ls (hd0,msdos1)/

I don't care about any previous data in my hard drive, I just want the system to run Windows 7 again — how can I do this?

Replay

I am afraid its done for. Reinstall.
