PlayonLinux program not working, but with no signficant errors- SFD

Hello I am trying to install this (I commented it...) program... I don't know what is the problem is... the program says that it cannot finish loading?.... This is what SFD says... (I installed vcrun2010 dotnet45 directx9 and xna40 with wine 1.6...on Ubuntu 16.04)
