Shrink the cloned recovery partition

I've just installed a new SSD in my wife's computer and use EaseUS Todo Backup to clone the old HDD. The SSD is 240GB but my wife has used around 120GB of the old HDD in total, so there should be about 120GB of room. The problem is that in the cloning process the recovery partition has shot up in size. On the HDD it was 450MB but on the SSD it's now almost 50GB! Can I shrink it back to the same size and free up the wasted space? Or is there a reason for this dramatic change in size?Shrink the cloned recovery partition
