(SOLVED) No Internet through Terminal on Virtualbox without Proxy [on hold]

I am currently using Virtualbox on my Windows PC to run Linux, but when trying to do any terminal commands that require internet, such as apt-get update or ping 8.8.8.8 I get an error (that changes per command) saying it could not connect to the Internet.

I connect through a bridged network that connects to my computers WiFi connection without a proxy and I have not found a solution to this on when Googleing it, so any help would be much appriciated.

Thanks :)

EDIT: I found I could fix this by adding a NAT Network without any changed settings and then setting the VM to use that for Internet.
