"Windows10UpgradeApp" appeared on desktop, I ran it but it had no clear effect; did I do something wrong?

Well I have this problem. Yesterday I started my PC and suddenly there was this "Windows10UpgradeApp" on my desktop. I googled a lil bit and found out that you get this if you're still on Windows 10 Build 10240 so I clicked trough the process and after the Win10UpgradeApp is done with downloading I got a new folder called "Windows10Upgrade" in this folder there is this file: "10586.0.160426-1409.th2_refresh_CLIENTMULTI_RET_x64fre_de-de.esd" as soon as the updater is done with preparing etc. I get a message that the system has to reboot to apply the updates. Problem is the PC reboots without installing the updates. Did I do something wrong?

Here is how it looks. If I click on "Weitere Informationen" ("more information" in English), I'm being redirected to the German version of https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3159635
